Joe brings over two decades of hospitality leadership experience in design & development, operational execution, and strategy.

Joe has held the position of CEO for multiple hospitality companies, including Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, Palms Casino Resort, and Gila River Gaming Enterprise. Joe’s diverse experience has encompassed hotels, casinos, entertainment complexes, golf courses, and real estate development, having been responsible for organizations with thousands of employees across multiple continents.

As a founder or key executive, Joe has participated in monetizing events that encompass multiple verticals, including hospitality, commercial & residential real estate, and technology, totaling over $3 billion.

Joe holds a BA from Niagara University, a MS from Hofstra University, and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
